通过线性极化、电化学阻抗谱等测试方法,研究了耐蚀钢筋和普通钢筋在Cl-侵蚀环境下的腐蚀行为,对比了不同组成钢筋间耐蚀性能的差异,并考察了主要成分为N,N二甲基乙醇胺的阻锈剂与耐蚀钢筋的协同防腐作用效果.结果表明:在Cl-侵蚀环境中,添加了单一合金元素Cr的耐蚀钢筋耐蚀性能略有提高,而添加了Cu,Ni,Cr多种合金元素的耐蚀钢筋耐蚀性能进一步提高.在掺加阻锈剂后,耐蚀钢筋和普通钢筋的耐蚀性能不同程度提升,其中,阻锈剂与耐蚀钢筋的协同防腐作用使得钢筋的腐蚀速率显著降低. |

The techniques including linear polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were utilized to study the corrosion behavior of ordinary and corrosion resistant reinforcing steels in the chloride ion erosion environment, to compare the corrosion resistant abilities of reinforcing steels which have different compositions, to evaluate the synergistic corrosion resistant effects of corrosion resistant reinforcing steels with corrosion inhibitor, of which the main component is N,N dimethylethanolamine. The results indicate that in the chloride ion erosion environment, the corrosion resistant ability of the corrosion resistant reinforcing steel with the addition of Cr is improved to some extent, while the ability of the corrosion resistant reinforcing steel with the addition of Cr, Ni, Cu is improved more. Furthermore, the corrosion resistant abilities of corrosion resistant reinforcing steels and ordinary reinforcing steel can be improved after the addition of the corrosion inhibitor, in which the synergistic corrosion resistant effect of the corrosion resistant reinforcing steel and the inhibitor makes the corrosion rate decrease dramatically. |
