石灰种类对传统糯米灰浆性能的影响

摘要:
测试了不同种类石灰制备的(传统)糯米灰浆的表面硬度、抗压强度、耐冻融性等性能,观察了不同种类石灰及其制备的糯米灰浆的微观形貌,探讨了石灰种类对糯米灰浆性能的影响机理.结果表明:采用分析纯氧化钙和工业氧化钙制备的糯米灰浆的抗压强度、表面硬度和耐冻融性均优于采用分析纯氢氧化钙和工业灰钙粉制备的糯米灰浆,其中,采用分析纯氧化钙制备的糯米灰浆的抗压强度等性能最好.在砖石质不可移动文化遗产保护实践中,建议采用分析纯氧化钙制备糯米灰浆.氧化钙陈化过程中形成的较小氢氧化钙板状晶粒是采用氧化钙制备的糯米灰浆微观结构细密的主要成因.正是由于采用氧化钙制备的糯米灰浆的微观结构细密,因此该类糯米灰浆的抗压强度等性能良好.

Effect of Lime Type on Properties of Traditional Sticky Rice Lime Mortar

Abstract:
The properties such as surface hardness, compressive strength, freeze thaw resistance of (traditional) sticky rice lime mortars prepared with different kinds of lime were determined, microscopic structures of limes and sticky rice lime mortars were observed, and the influence mechanism of lime type on properties of sticky rice lime mortar was discussed. Results indicate that the compressive strength, surface hardness and freeze thaw resistance of sticky rice lime mortars prepared with analytical pure CaO and industrial CaO are superior to those of sticky rice lime mortars prepared with analytical pure Ca(OH)2 and industrial hydrated lime. The properties such as compressive strength of sticky rice lime mortars prepared with analytical pure CaO are the best. It is suggested that analytical pure CaO could be used to prepare sticky rice lime mortar in conservation of brick and stone relics. The micro sized platelike Ca(OH)2 crystals produced from CaO aging are responsible for compact microstructure of sticky rice lime mortar prepared with CaO, which could explain good properties such as high compressive strength of sticky rice lime mortar prepared with CaO.
