箍筋锈蚀足尺混凝土构件抗震性能

摘要:
为研究箍筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土构件抗震性能的影响,通过对6个箍筋锈蚀率(质量分数)的大尺寸钢筋混凝土受弯构件进行低周反复荷载试验,得到各试件滞回曲线及骨架曲线,分析了箍筋锈蚀率对试件承载力、刚度、延性及耗能能力等的影响规律,并讨论了绣胀裂缝对试件受力性能的影响.结果表明:随箍筋锈蚀率的增大,试件滞回曲线捏拢现象显著,滞回环面积逐渐减小,刚度、延性和耗能能力逐步降低;当箍筋锈蚀率大于103%时,试件抗震性能降低更为显著.试验发现箍筋锈蚀导致混凝土约束作用减弱,试件达到极限荷载后呈现较明显的脆性性质,破坏形态逐渐向延性较差的剪切破坏转变.

Seismic Resistance of Corroded Stirrups Full Scale Member Reinforced Concrete

Abstract:
For the purpose of understanding the seismic resistance of stirrup corroded reinforced concrete structures, the cyclic loading on six corroded flexural members was studied, and the hysteresis loop and skeleton curve of various degrees of corroded reinforced concrete specimens were obtained and the change rules of stirrup corrosion on specimen bearing capacity, stiffness, ductility, energy dissipation were analyzed. Influence of corrosion cracks on mechanical behavior of the members was studied. Its revealed that hysteresis loop knead gathering effect of corroded members is clear, the fullness and area of hysteresis loop reduces gradually, stiffness, ductility and energy dissipation decreases as corrosion rate of reinforcement increases. When stirrup corrosion rate of reinforcement increases to 103%(by mass), seismic resistance of members becomes weak more significantly. Tests found that concrete confining effect is diminished caused by stirrup corrosion. When reached the ultimate load, the brittleness of the samples becomes obvious, ductility becomes worse, and failure mode of corroded specimen may be converted into shear failure.
