纤维沥青混凝土疲劳性能试验及寿命计算方法

摘要:
通过应力控制模式下的劈裂疲劳试验,分析了不同掺量(纤维体积与沥青混合料体积之比)和长径比的聚酯纤维沥青混凝土劲度模量的衰减特征;结合损伤力学理论,提出了纤维沥青混凝土的疲劳破坏准则;在应力比 疲劳寿命(S N)方程的基础上,建立了考虑纤维含量特征参数影响的纤维沥青混凝土疲劳寿命计算方法.结果表明:纤维含量特征参数能综合反映纤维掺量和长径比对沥青混凝土疲劳性能的综合影响;AC 13F型聚酯纤维沥青混凝土的最佳纤维掺量为035%,长径比为324,纤维含量特征参数值为113.

Fatigue Performance Test and Life Calculation Method of Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Concrete

Abstract:
Through splitting tensile fatigue tests of asphalt concrete with polyester fiber of different fraction by volume and aspect ratio under stress control mode,the decay characteristics of fiber reinforced asphalt concretes stiffness modulus were determined. Combined the test results with the damage mechanics theory, the fiber reinforced asphalt concretes fatigue failure criterion was put forward. The fatigue life calculation method of asphalt concrete is established based on the S N equation, which takes into account the influence of fiber content characteristic parameter. The experimental study and theoretical analysis show that, the fiber content characteristic parameter can comprehensively reflect the influence of the fraction of fiber by volume and aspect ratio of fiber on the fatigue performance of asphalt concrete. Within the scope of the test, the optimum fraction of fiber by volume, aspect ratio of fiber and fiber content characteristic parameter in AC 13F are 035%, 324 and 113 respectively.
