布敦岩矿料对沥青混合料性能的影响

摘要:
以70#A级道路石油沥青为基质沥青,对布敦岩沥青中岩矿料掺量(质量分数,下同)分别为0%,05%,10%,20%,30%,40%的6种AC20矿料级配布敦岩沥青混合料路用性能进行了研究.结果表明:布敦岩沥青原材料中的岩矿料对矿料级配组成与路用性能均影响较大,合理选择岩矿料掺量可显著提高沥青混合料综合路用性能,较优掺量为05%~10%时其综合路用性能接近于SBS改性沥青混合料,但对提高其水敏感性有限;岩矿料掺量变化对布敦岩沥青混合料动稳定度的影响较为显著,这两者的关系表现为凹形曲线特征;不能将布敦岩沥青原材料像SBS改性剂一样加入基质沥青中进行马歇尔试验来确定岩沥青原材料掺量,配合比设计时应考虑布敦岩沥青材料自身的特殊性,将岩矿料与纯岩沥青剥离开来并单独掺配使用;忽略布敦岩沥青中岩矿料的级配组成会对岩沥青混合料性能产生较大影响.

Influence of Buton Rock on Performance of Asphalt Mixture

Abstract:
Six different types of AC20 mineral aggregate gradation are provided with distinct Buton rock mixture, and the pavement performance of Buton rock asphalt mixture was conducted by taking AH 70 road asphalt as basis. The results show that rock mineral in raw materials of Buton rock asphalt has a great impact on the mineral aggregate gradation and pavement performance, and appropriate selection of rock mineral mixture can improve comprehensive pavement performance remarkably. The comprehensive pavement performance is close to that of SBS modified asphalt mixture with 05%10% mixing content(by mass), but it is limited in improving the water sensibility of asphalt mixture. The relationship between the dynamic stability of Buton rock asphalt mixture and rock mineral content occurs in concave curve characteristics, and the influence of rock mineral content variations on the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture is remarkable. The raw material of Buton rock asphalt cannot be added into the matrix asphalt for carrying out Marshall test to determine the raw material content as SBS modifier. The particularity of Buton rock asphalt material should be considered during the mix design, and its rock mineral should be separated from the pure asphalt, and blended independently, or the mineral aggregate gradation of Buton rock asphalt will have a great impact on the performance of rock asphalt mixture.
