杂质对硫酸钙晶须形貌及生长过程的影响

摘要:
探讨了磷、氟、有机物等杂质对硫酸钙晶须生长过程的作用,并分析了这些杂质对硫酸钙晶须微观形貌及长径比的影响.结果表明:磷酸对硫酸钙晶须的生成具有明显的抑制作用;氟化氢对硫酸钙晶须具有粗化作用,氟化氢掺量(质量分数,下同)越大,硫酸钙晶须直径越大,当氟化氢掺量为08%时,硫酸钙晶须平均直径为12μm,长径比为28;有机物能降低硫酸钙晶须的直径与长径比,但其影响作用小于氟化氢,有机物掺量越高,硫酸钙晶须的白度越小,当有机物掺量为15%时,硫酸钙晶须的长径比为12,白度为55.

Influence of Impurities on Morphology and Growth Process of Calcium Sulfate Whiskers

Abstract:
The influence of P, F and organic impurities on surface morphology and length to diameter ratio of calcium sulfate whiskers in phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid and organic solutions were explored, and the effects of these impurities on the growth process of calcium sulfate whiskers were studied.The results show that phosphoric acid has an inhibitory effect on calcium sulfate whisker growth. Hydrofluoric acid makes the diameter of calcium sulfate whiskers greater, which means the diameter increases with increasing HF content. When the mass fraction of HF was 08%, the average diameter and length to diameter ratio of calcium sulfate whiskers are 12μm and 28 respectively. Organics reduces the diameter and length to diameter ratio of calcium sulfate whiskers, but its effect is less than that of hydrofluoric acid. However whiteness of calcium sulfate whisker is reduced with increasing organics content. When the mass fraction of organics is 15%, the length to diameter ratio and whiteness of calcium sulfate whiskers are 12 and 55 respectively.
