参照ASTM C1018—97标准的弯曲韧性评价方法,计算并比较了老化前后玻璃纤维短切毡增强砂浆的韧性指数和剩余强度指数,结合破坏形态和荷载位移全曲线探究了层铺玻璃纤维短切毡对砂浆抗弯性能的影响以及老化作用对抗弯性能的影响.结果表明:受拉区层铺玻璃纤维短切毡可使试件具有良好的抗弯性能和韧性;老化作用会降低玻璃纤维短切毡增强砂浆的抗弯性能和韧性;ZrO2的含量越高,老化作用对试件抗弯性能和韧性的影响越小. |

Influence of Zirconium Dioxide on Flexural Behavior of Glass Fiber Chopped Strand Mat Reinforced Mortar |

The toughness index and residual strength index of aged and un aged specimens were calculated and compared according to the methodology of flexural toughness evaluation in ASTM C1018—97. The flexural behavior and durability of glass fiber chopped strand mat reinforced mortar were examined on the basis of toughness index, residual strength index, failure patterns of specimens and load deflection curves of flexural behavior test. The test results show that glass fiber chopped strand mat distributed in the tension zone of the specimens makes specimens have good flexural behavior and toughness. The aging effect can reduce the flexural strength and toughness of glass fiber chopped strand mat reinforced mortar. The higher the content of zirconium dioxide in the chopped strand mat, the weaker the influence of aging effect on reducing the flexural strength and toughness of specimens. |
