掺玻璃粉水泥净浆水化性能

摘要:
以废弃啤酒瓶制成玻璃粉,配制掺玻璃粉水泥净浆.测试掺玻璃粉水泥净浆抗压强度;采用X射线衍射分析、热重差热分析、扫描电子显微镜分析及能谱分析技术研究掺玻璃粉水泥净浆水化产物的种类、含量、微观形貌及元素组成.结果表明:随着玻璃粉掺量(质量分数)的增加,水泥净浆抗压强度减小.掺玻璃粉水泥净浆水化产物主要有C S H凝胶、Ca(OH)2及少量钙矾石、水化铝酸钙等.由于玻璃粉的火山灰反应消耗Ca(OH)2,随着玻璃粉掺量的增加和龄期的延长,水泥净浆水化产物中Ca(OH)2含量(质量分数)逐渐减少.掺玻璃粉水泥净浆微观结构较为致密,其水化产物C S H凝胶形态与纯水泥净浆有所不同,多由不规则的短柱状及薄片状凝胶粒子交叉结合在一起形成网络结构,为低钙硅比(质量比)C S H凝胶.玻璃粉具有火山灰活性.

Hydration of Cement Paste Containing Glass Powder

Abstract:
Cement pastes containing glass powder that was made by waste beer bottles were prepared. The compressive strengths of cement pastes containing glass powder were tested. The type, content, morphology and elementary composition of hydration products in cement paste containing glass powder were studied by using X ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis(TG DTA), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) techniques. The test results show that the compressive strength of cement paste decreases with inreasing content(by mass) of glass powder. The main hydration products in cement paste containing glass powder are C S H gel, Ca(OH)2 and a small amount of ettringite and hydrated calcium aluminate. As the pozzolanic reaction of glass powder consumes Ca(OH)2, the content(by mass) of Ca(OH)2 in hydration product decreases with the increase in content of glass powder and the increase of age. The microstructure of cement paste containing glass powder is relatively dense, the morphology of C S H gel in hydration product is different from the gel in that of ordinary cement paste. This kind of C S H gel that has the network structure formed by irregular stumpy and lamelliform gel granule has a low mass ratio of calcium to silicon. Glass powder has pozzolanic activity.
