对比研究了碱矿渣水泥石与不同粉煤灰掺量(质量分数,下同)的碱粉煤灰矿渣水泥石在室温至1000℃时的抗压强度和外观变化,应用X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析了常温及高温后上述水泥石的物相及微观结构.结果表明:常温下,碱矿渣水泥石抗压强度高于碱粉煤灰矿渣水泥石,且碱矿渣水泥石耐高温性能优于碱粉煤灰矿渣水泥石;600℃下,碱矿渣水泥石发生固相反应,产物为钙黄长石;粉煤灰掺量分别为50%和30%的碱粉煤灰矿渣水泥石在800,1000℃时的抗压强度降低为0,在1000℃下,其固相反应产物为钙黄长石和透辉石. |

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Alkali Fly Ash Slag Cement Pastes Subjected to Elevated Temperatures |

Both compressive strength and appearance of the alkali activated slag cement paste and the alkali fly ash slag cement pastes with different fly ash contents were investigated under the hot environment from room temperature to 1000℃. The phase composition as well as the microstructure of these cement pastes were observed by using XRD and SEM. Results indicate that both the compressive strength and high temperature resistance of alkali activated slag cement pastes are better than that of alkali fly ash slag cement pastes. At 600℃, alkali activated slag cement paste has shown a phase reaction that leads to the formation of gehlenite. The alkali fly ash slag cement pastes with 50% and 30% (by mass) of fly ash lose their compressive strength completely at 800℃ and 1000℃ respectively; a solid phrase reaction is found to form gehlenite and diopside at 1000℃. |
