连续密级配橡胶沥青混合料应力吸收层的研究

摘要:
以常规方法制备橡胶沥青,用AC类连续密级配取代之前的断级配,成型橡胶沥青混合料,将其用作为类似于Strata的应力吸收层.先通过目标空隙率设计方法对级配变化进行分析,再运用四点弯曲小梁疲劳试验对混合料的疲劳性能影响因素进行分析,然后再对橡胶沥青混合料的设计进行试验研究,最后对比研究其与ARAC 13,Strata应力吸收层混合料和高掺量SBS改性沥青混合料的路用性能.结果表明:475mm档通过率(质量分数,下同)为55%,236mm档通过率为10%,118mm档通过率为25%~30%时,橡胶沥青应力吸收层混合料能得到最佳空隙率级配;沥青用量的增加和空隙率的降低会提高其疲劳寿命;基于该研究,用于应力吸收层的橡胶沥青混合料推荐选取针入度约为80(01mm)的橡胶沥青,沥青用量(质量分数)为9%~10%,混合料中不添加矿粉.通过对比发现,橡胶沥青混合料应力吸收层有较好的疲劳性能和高温稳定性,对比其他混合料有一定的经济优势,适合作为应力吸收层材料.

Research on Stress Absorbing Interlayer of Continuous Dense Graded Asphalt Rubber Mixture

Abstract:
Asphalt rubber (AR) was prepared in a routine way by using AC type continuous dense gradation to replace previous used broken gradation.AR mixture was used as stress absorption layer that is similar to Strata.Firstly,through design method of the target void the changes in grading was analyzed.Then,four point loaded bending fatigue test was conducted to study the influencing factors of fatigue performance and the design of AR mixture.Finally,compared with the ARAC 13 and Strata stress absorbing layer mixture and high addition SBS modified asphalt mixes,the road performances of AR mixture was determined.According to the study,the gradation with optimal porosity is obtained when the passing rate(by mass) for 475mm is 55%,that for 236mm is 10% and that for 118mm is 25% 30%.The increase of asphalt content and the reduction of the void fraction will enhance its fatigue life.Based on the study,it is recommended that penetration of 80 or so should be selected,and asphalt content(by mass) in asphalt rubber should be 9% 10%.Meanwhile,the mineral powder is not added in the mixture.The AR mixtures have the better fatigue performance and better stability at high temperature.Compared with other mixtures,AR stress absorbing layer mixtures has cost effective advantages.
