采用原位聚合法合成了水泥基材料自修复用脲醛树脂/环氧树脂(UF/E)微胶囊,利用电化学阻抗谱测试方法和渗流结构参数检测、评价了该微胶囊的自修复效果,总结了渗流结构中迂曲度T和水力半径rh在不同自修复温度、自修复龄期、微胶囊参数时的变化规律,同时,分析了UF/E微胶囊在水泥基体中发挥自修复作用的机理. |

Urea formaldehyde resin/epoxy resin(UF/E) microcapsule was synthesized by in situ polymerization for self healing cementitious composite. Self healing effect was tested and evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and characterized by percolation structure parameters i.e. the tortuosity T and hydraulic radius rh under different self healing curing temperature, curing period and microcapsule parameters. Self healing mechanism of microcapsule in cement matrix was analyzed. |
