双轴拉伸下ETFE薄膜材料力学性能

摘要:
对两种厚度的ETFE(乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物)薄膜进行了5组应力比的双轴拉伸试验,得到其应力应变曲线.计算了ETFE薄膜的折算应力,检验了Mises屈服准则的适用性,得到了双轴拉伸情况下的弹性模量及泊松比,并与单轴拉伸数据进行了对比分析.结果表明:ETFE薄膜双向受力时符合Mises屈服准则;双轴弹性模量及泊松比与单轴数据接近.

Biaxial Tensile Mechanical Properties of ETFE Foil

Abstract:
Biaxial tensile tests using five kinds of different stress ratios on two kinds of ETFE foils with different thickness were carried out to obtain the stress strain relationship. The equivalent stress of ETFE foils at yielding point was calculated, and the possibility of using Mises yield criterion was discussed. The elastic modulus and Poisson ratio through biaxial tensile tests were obtained, which were compared with the results of uniaxial tensile tests. It is found that the yield condition of ETFE foils can be described by the Mises yield criterion. The elastic modulus and Poisson ratio from biaxial tensile tests are close to the data from uniaxial tensile tests.
