抗冻型冷补沥青混合料优化设计及性能研究

摘要:
为了应对云贵川等地山区凝冰灾害对路面造成的损伤,针对当前冷补沥青混合料抗冻性能较差的问题,采用2种沥青、2种稀释剂、2种添加剂配制冷补沥青,然后测试与冷补沥青混合料抗冻性能相关的性能指标,确定抗冻型冷补沥青混合料的配方.依据云贵川等地山区的气候特点,研究了-5~5℃冻融循环下冷补沥青混合料的抗冻性能.结果表明:以SBS改性沥青掺制的冷补沥青混合料初始马歇尔稳定度、黏聚性较以基质沥青掺制的冷补沥青混合料优异,即SBS改性沥青较适合作为冷补沥青的基体材料;随煤油掺量(质量分数)和添加剂外掺掺量(质量分数)的增加,冷补沥青的黏度显著下降,冷补沥青混合料初始马歇尔稳定度和黏聚性变差.推荐冷补沥青混合料的配方为:SBS改性沥青70%(质量分数)、煤油30%、添加剂外掺2%,集料级配采用AC 13中值.在此配比条件下,冷补沥青混合料抗冻性能优异.

Optimization Design and Study on Properties ofAnti freezing Cold Patch Asphalt Mixture

Abstract:
In order to respond to the road pavement damage caused by freezing disasters in Yunnan Guizhou Sichuan mountainous region and try to solve the problem of poor anti freezing property of cold patch asphalt mixture, two types of asphalt,two kinds of diluents and two kinds of additives were chosen to carry out mixture properties experiments about the anti freezing performance of cold patch asphalt mixture. Thus, the formulation of anti freezing cold patch asphalt mixture was determined. According to the climatic characteristics of Yunnan Guizhou Sichuan mountainous region, anti freezing performance of cold patch asphalt mixture were tested in condition of -5℃ to 5℃ by repeated freeze thaw cycles. The results show that, compared to base asphalt, cold patch asphalt mixture in which SBS modified asphalt is used can get higher initial Marshall stability and cohesiveness, and SBS modified asphalt is more suitable as the matrix material for cold patch asphalt. With the increase of use level(by mass) of kerosene and additive, the viscosity of cold patch asphalt declines dramatically, the initial Marshall stability and cohesiveness of cold patch asphalt mixture get worse. The recommended formulation of cold patch asphalt mixture is 70%(by mass) of SBS modified asphalt, 30% of kerosene, 2%(external addition) of additive with aggregate gradation of mean value of AC 13. The anti freezing performance of the cold patch asphalt mixture with this formulation is perfect.
