基于GTM法的温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料设计研究

摘要:
采用GTM(旋转试验机)法,以试件体积参数相等为判据,综合确定Evotherm温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料的适宜成型温度和拌和温度.采用两阶段设计法,基于双参数体系,以热拌胶粉改性沥青混合料配比设计数据为基础,对Evotherm温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料沥青用量和试验温度进行设计,从材料组成和体积参数两方面来双重保证其路用性能.然后,对所设计的Evotherm温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料进行路用性能试验并与对应的热拌胶粉改性沥青混合料对比分析.结果表明:与马歇尔法相比,GTM法可以降低Evotherm温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料的适宜成型温度;GTM法所设计的Evotherm温拌胶粉改性沥青混合料的高、低温性能及抗水损害性能均优于热拌胶粉改性沥青混合料,而且,其抗压回弹模量与热拌胶粉改性沥青混合料基本相当,不影响路面结构设计.

Design and Research on the Warm Mix Rubber Modified Asphalt MixtureBased on the GTM Method

Abstract:
By using GTM(gyratory testing machine) method, with equal specimen volume parameters as the criterion, the suitable molding and mixing temperature of Evotherm warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture was determined. By using two stage design method, on the basis of hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture mixing ratio test and the two parameter system, the asphalt content and test temperature of warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture was designed to ensure the pavement performance in terms of material composition and volume parameters. Then pavement performance test of the designed warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture was conducted and the comparative analysis of the corresponding hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture was made. The test results show that GTM method could decrease the suitable molding temperature of warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture compared with Marshall method. Moreover, the low and high temperature performances as well as the water damage resistant performance of warm mix rubber modified asphalt mixture based on GTM are superior to that of hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture, and its compression modulus is roughly equal to that of the hot mix rubber modified asphalt mixture, which would not affect the pavement structure design.
