为研究受酸腐蚀混凝土在受压过程中的损伤演变规律,用pH值为2.5的硫酸和硝酸混合溶液对混凝土棱柱体试件进行侵蚀,采用单调加载和循环加载两种方式对腐蚀前后的混凝土试件进行单轴抗压试验.通过对试件受力变形、凯塞效应和声发射速率过程参数进行对比分析,研究了酸性腐蚀对混凝土性能的影响;在损伤力学和声发射速率过程理论的基础上建立了考虑初始损伤的混凝土损伤因子及本构关系计算方法,实现了利用声发射事件数对腐蚀混凝土的损伤大小进行定量评估. |

To investigate the damage evolution of acid corroded concrete under uniaxial compression, prismatic concrete specimens were immerged in mixed solution of sulfuric acid and nitric acid with pH value 25 for the compression test through monotonic loading and repeated loading. The effect of acidic corrosion on concrete was studied by analysis of mechanical property, Kaiser effect and parameters of acoustic emission(AE) rate process, and a calculation method for damage factors and constitutive equations is presented taking into account of initial damage. Consequently, quantitative evaluation of concrete damage can be implemented by using AE parameters. |
