EPS材料力学性能测试及装饰构件数值仿真

摘要:
对组成EPS(聚苯乙烯)装饰线条构件的EPS材料进行抗拉、抗压和抗折试验,得到其基本力学性能参数.在此基础上对典型EPS装饰线条构件进行了非线性有限元分析,计算出该构件的极限承载力,与现场试验获得的极限承载力进行对比后发现二者一致.结果表明:基于材料力学性能参数试验结果的EPS装饰线条构件有限元模型可以替代原型试验.

Mechanical Analysis and Numerical Simulationof EPS Exterior Decorative Element

Abstract:
Experimental studies cover the tension, compressive and bending tests of expanded polystyrene(EPS) foam material that was used to constitute EPS decorative line component. The basic parameters of mechanics were thereby obtained. Based on these parameters, the nonlinear finite element methods were adopted to analyze the EPS decorative line component. The ultimate carrying capability of the component obtained by the numerical simulation was quite identical with that obtained by the experimental method. Therefore, it is reasonable to analyze the mechanics performance of EPS decorative line component by the numerical simulation with experimental material parameter instead of physical prototype test.
