通过试验研究了相同流动度情况下,聚丙烯酸酯乳液(VIVID400)、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液(CP149)和丁苯乳液(SD623)改性水泥砂浆含气量对其力学性能的影响.结果表明:3种聚合物乳液引入气泡量有所不同;随着消泡剂掺量的增加,改性水泥砂浆体积密度有不同程度的提高,含气量降低,而抗折、抗压强度则有较大幅度的提高;VIVID400改性水泥砂浆拉伸黏结强度随消泡剂掺量的增加呈先升高后降低的趋势,这可能与消泡剂对改性水泥砂浆孔结构的影响有关. |

Influence of air void content of polyacrylic ester latex(VIVID400), polyvinyl acetate ethylene latex(CP149) and styrene butadiene latex(SD623) modified cement mortar was investigated with fixed flow value. The research shows that bulk density of fresh mortar decreases due to air entrainment of polymer latex, but increases with increasing dosage of defoamer to varying degrees. The flexural strength and compressive strength of polymerized mortar increase with the increasing of dosage of deformer. The tensile bond strength of VIVID400 modified mortar increases at first, then decreases with the lower air void content, probably because of the influence of the defoamer on the micro pore structure of the mortar. |
