降温方式对高温后钢筋混凝土短柱轴压力学性能的影响

摘要:
采用高温抗压试验炉对有轴压荷载作用的钢筋混凝土短柱在升温、降温及冷却作用后的轴压力学性能进行试验研究,主要研究降温方式对经历不同温度等级的有轴压荷载钢筋混凝土短柱的高温变形特性、高温后轴压承载力、轴压刚度和延性等力学指标的影响规律.结果表明:不同降温方式下轴压荷载使试件产生明显的残余压缩变形,且对高温后的极限承载力、轴压刚度和延性有显著影响;降温方式显著影响高温后钢筋混凝土轴压力学性能,其中浇水降温的影响最为显著.

Abstract:
Reinforced concrete(RC) stub columns with sustained pre load were heated and cooled using a specially built electrical furnace. The test focused on the effect of cooling method on the axial deformations, residual load bearing capacity, axial stiffness as well as ductility of fire damaged RC stub columns with sustained pre loads. The test results show that specimens with sustained pre load after exposure to high temperatures suffer remarkable residual compression deformations. The sustained pre load has significant effects on the residual load bearing capacity, axial stiffness and ductility. Cooling method has significant effect on the mechanical behaviors of RC columns after exposure to high temperatures. The effect of cooling by water is more significant than that of other cooling methods.
