钢渣粗骨料混凝土界面过渡区的研究

摘要:
利用显微硬度仪、扫描电镜、能谱分析等微观测试手段,采取对比方法研究了普通碎石混凝土和钢渣粗骨料混凝土界面过渡区的结构和形态.结果表明:钢渣表面粗糙多孔,水泥浆体能够紧密包裹钢渣;钢渣水泥石界面过渡区约为40μm,略小于普通碎石水泥石界面过渡区(50μm),其界面过渡区结构较为致密,因而可形成较强的界面黏结力,配制的钢渣粗骨料混凝土整体强度较高.

Study on Interfacial Transition Zone of Steel Slag Coarse Aggregate Concrete

Abstract:
A comparative study was performed on the structure and morphology of interfacial transition zone(ITZ) between ordinary concrete and steel slag coarse aggregate concrete by means of micro hardness tester,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analysis and microscopic test methods. The results show that the surface of slag are porous,cement paste can tightly wrap steel slag. The ITZ width between slag and cement paste is about 40μm,slightly smaller than that of ITZ between ordinary gravel and cement paste(50μm),and the structure of ITZ is denser. Hence,it can form a strong bonding force that can improve concrete strength.
