掺排水污泥固结体微粉沥青混合料路用性能

摘要:
将排水污泥进行固结、粉磨,然后等质量替代石灰石矿粉制备沥青混合料.研究掺排水污泥固结体微粉沥青混合料的路用性能及其固结重金属的能力.结果表明:掺排水污泥固结体微粉沥青混合料的路用性能如抗水侵害能力、抗车辙性能较为优越;掺75%(质量分数)排水污泥固结体微粉沥青混合料固结重金属浸出浓度符合GB 5085.3—2007的排放要求,排水污泥中的重金属得到了有效束缚和稳定固化.

Road Performance of Asphalt Mixture Adding Solidified Sewage Sludge Powder

Abstract:
The content of heavy metals Pb and Zn contained in municipal sewage sludge usually exceeds that set forth in GB 5085.3—2007 for hazardous wastes in China. New solidification technology was adopted to solidify sewage sludge. The asphalt mixture with solidified sewage sludge powder to replace limestone powder was prepared. The road performance of asphalt mixture adding solidified sewage sludge powder and its stability of solidifying heavy metal were studied. The experimental results show that the asphalt mixture adding solidified sewage sludge powder has excellent advantages of road performance such as water resistance and rutting resistance. Meanwhile, the leachant concentration of heavy metal from asphalt mixture adding 75%(by mass) solidified sewage sludge powder can meet the discharge requirements set forth in GB 5085.3—2007, indicating that heavy metal in sewage sludge is solidified effectively.
