基于细观结构特征的沥青混合料断裂机理研究

摘要:
为研究沥青混合料的断裂性能,对SBS沥青混合料和普通沥青混合料小梁进行三点弯曲试验,利用CCD摄像头跟踪拍摄了沥青混合料小梁变形破坏的全过程,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了受力前以及断裂后沥青混合料的细观界面形貌,从细观结构角度揭示沥青混合料小梁变形断裂的机理.结果表明:SBS沥青混合料的抗弯断裂性能要优于普通沥青混合料,而沥青本身的性能、沥青与骨料间的界面性能及加载速率对混合料的特性影响至关重要.

Study on Split Mechanism of Asphalt Mixture Based on Meso structure Feature

Abstract:
Cracking is one of the early damage types for pavement, the bending fracture features about SBS asphalt mixture and ordinary asphalt mixture beam were studied by the three point bending beam test, the deformation and damage complete progress of asphalt mixture beam were recorded by CCD, furthermore, the SEM study of asphalt concrete meco interface pattern before loading and after fracture were observed. The result of the test shows that the bending fracture property of SBS asphalt mixture is better than that of ordinary asphalt mixture, and the property of asphalt, boundary character between asphalt and aggregate, loading rate are significant factors that affect asphalt mixture property.
