基于原位合成吸水性树脂处理混凝土微裂缝渗漏这一特殊应用技术,研究了氧化还原引发剂引发AA AANa AM的聚合反应速率及合成的Poly(AA AANa AM)吸水性树脂经受干湿循环后的吸水膨胀倍率和吸水膨胀速率.结果表明:过硫酸铵亚硫酸氢钠和四甲基乙二胺过硫酸铵2种氧化还原引发体系均可实现室温原位合成Poly(AA AANa AM)吸水性树脂,而四甲基乙二胺过硫酸铵氧化还原引发体系引发AA AANa AM聚合反应的诱导期可控;合成的Poly(AA AANa AM)吸水性树脂随干湿循环次数增加,其平衡吸水膨胀倍率和吸水膨胀速率均呈下降趋势. |

Synthesis and Characterization of Water Absorbent Resin of Poly(AA AANa AM) with Redox Initiation System |

Based on the special usage of water absorbent resin synthesized in situ in the leakage treatment of construction, the polymerization rate of AA AANa AM with redox initiation systems and the swelling ratio and swelling rate of Poly(AA AANa AM) subjected to wet dry cycles were studied. The results show that the water absorbent resin of Poly(AA AANa AM) can be synthesized in situ at ambient temperature using the redox initiation system of (NH4)2S2O8 NaHSO3 or (CH3)2N(CH2)2N(CH3)2 (NH4)2S2O8, respectively, while the induction period of the polymerization of AA AANa AM with the (CH3)2N(CH2)2N(CH3)2 (NH4)2S2O8 is controllable; the swelling ratio and the swelling rate of the Poly(AA AANa AM) tends to be falling subject to wet dry cycles. |
