在活性激发剂作用下,将粉煤灰、脱硫石膏和水泥混合,制备成一种新型的复合胶凝材料,然后在优选试验基础上确定了复合胶凝材料的基本配合比.研究了典型配合比粉煤灰脱硫石膏水泥净浆在复合激发剂作用下的水化过程,结果表明:粉煤灰早期火山灰活性显著提高;脱硫石膏除自身析晶、具有一定的增强效应外,还是粉煤灰火山灰活性理想的硫酸盐激发剂.粉煤灰3d即开始明显水化,脱硫石膏对粉煤灰水化活性激发效果明显. |

Fly ash, flue gas desulfurization gypsum and cement can be blended into a new composite binder with some activators, and the basic mix proportions of composite binder were determined by selective test. The hydration process of a typical mixture of fly ash flue gas desulfurization gypsum cement paste with composite activators was investigated. It can be concluded that in the hydration process the early age pozzolana activity of fly ash obviously improves, and flue gas desulfurization gypsum not only crystallizes itself to strengthen the paste microstructure, but also acts as an ideal sulfate activator to fly ash. Fly ash begins to hydrate at the age of 3 d, due to activation by the flue gas desulfurization gypsum. |
