稀硫酸侵蚀砂浆的试验研究

摘要:
为了获得稀硫酸侵蚀水泥砂浆的作用机制,用稀硫酸分2批对水泥砂浆进行了长期浸泡试验,第1批试验浸泡溶液的pH值分别为3.0,3.5,4.0,第2批试验浸泡溶液的pH值为1.5~2.9.在浸泡过程中实时记录浸泡溶液的pH值变化,并用0.125mol/L的稀硫酸及时滴定以保持其pH值.运用边界层理论,获得了耗酸速度的侵蚀模型,试验表明该模型在多数pH值下拟合效果较好,但在pH值为2.3~3.5时,拟合效果较差.

Experimental Study of Mortar under Corrosion in Sulfuric Acid

Abstract:
Two batches of long time immersion tests of mortar specimens in sulfuric acid were carried out, in which the specimens with water cement ratio ranging from 0.5 to 0.7 were socked in sulfuric acid of pH value 1.5 to 4.0. The pH meters were used to monitor the pH changing of the soak solution. Sulfuric acid with concentration of 0.125 mol/L was added to maintain the original pH value of the solution and then acid consumption of specimens were recorded. Based on concentration boundary layer theory, a theoretical reaction rate model was proposed. The regression analysis of experimental data through theoretical model indicates that except for the pH value ranging from 2.3 to 3.5, the theoretical model can fit the experimental data well.
