设计了碳化混凝土的电化学再碱化试验方法,提出了合理的电化学再碱化效果评价指标:pH值与钠离子迁移量.研究了电解质溶液种类及浓度、再碱化时间等对碳化混凝土电化学再碱化效果的影响.结果表明:随再碱化时间的增长,碳化混凝土内部的pH值增大,但pH值增长速率逐渐减缓.对于相同种类电解质溶液,随着其浓度升高,再碱化后碳化混凝土中的钠离子迁移量增大;对于同浓度不同种类的电解质溶液,再碱化后碳化混凝土中的钠离子迁移量不同. |

Study on Effectiveness of Electrochemical Realkalization for Carbonated Concrete |

An experimental method of electrochemical realkalization for carbonated concrete was designed and two reasonable evaluation indexes for its effectiveness, pH value and migration content of sodium ion, were proposed. Further, effects of types and concentration of electrolyte solution, realkalization time on the effectiveness of electrochemical realkalization for carbonated concrete were investigated. The results show that the pH value increases but increase rate of pH value slows down with the increase of realkalization time. For the same electrolyte solution, the higher the electrolyte solution concentration, the higher the migration content of sodium ion in carbonated concrete after realkalization is. For the same concentration of different types of electrolyte solution, the migration contents of sodium ion in carbonated concrete after realkalization are different. |
