摘要: |
提出了掺发泡剂泡沫沥青的微观结构模型,分析了发泡剂在沥青发泡过程中的作用原理.从改善沥青发泡与提高冷再生泡沫沥青混合料的水稳定性角度出发,选择了3种发泡剂(A,B,C),并分别进行了沥青发泡试验和混合料劈裂强度试验.结果表明:A发泡剂(Redicote C-450)对泡沫沥青膨胀率的影响较小,对泡沫沥青半衰期基本无影响;B发泡剂(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)对泡沫沥青膨胀率和半衰期影响都较大;C发泡剂(仕博阳离子中裂型乳化剂)对泡沫沥青膨胀率基本无影响,但使泡沫沥青半衰期提高了1倍;A,B,C发泡剂均可大大增强混合料的水稳定性;使用先进冷再生设备时,发泡剂的选择应着重考虑其抗剥落性能. |
