摘要: |
采用界面劈裂抗拉、显微硬度、SEM等测试手段综合评价了梯度结构混凝土(无细观界面过渡区水泥基复合材料(MIF)-高性能混凝土(HPC),低渗透混凝土(LPC)-HPC)的界面力学性能与微观结构.结果表明:梯度结构混凝土进行两次浇注成型时,采用压印工艺可产生界面强化效应,提高界面黏结强度10%~35%,从而有效解决界面黏结强度降低的问题;整体上MIF-HPC净浆界面的显微硬度高于LPC-HPC,即MIF-HPC净浆界面的黏结状况好于LPC-HPC,这是因MIF-HPC净浆界面的水化产物结构比LPC-HPC的更为致密所致. |
