摘要: |
研究了纤维含量对碳纤维水泥砂浆(CFRM)热膨胀系数的影响.结果表明:CFRM受热变形时,碳纤维热缩冷胀的特性约束了水泥砂浆基体的热胀冷缩;CFRM的热膨胀系数随着碳纤维含量的增加而降低,当碳纤维含量小于1.4%(质量分数,下同)时,其降幅较大,当碳纤维含量大于1.4%之后则降幅减小;通过对CFRM热膨胀系数的回归分析,得到了热膨胀系数与碳纤维含量的函数关系,为碳纤维水泥基材料热应力场的分析计算提供了理论基础.理论分析表明,热膨胀系数实测值与理论计算值有很好的一致性. |
