摘要: |
采用水溶液聚合法,将自制的酯化大单体聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯(MPEGMA)与甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酰基磺酸钠(SMAS)共聚合成聚羧酸系减水剂,探讨了反应浓度、加料方式、MAA与MPEGMA的摩尔比、SMAS与MPEGMA的摩尔比、引发剂用量(相对于所有单体质量和的百分比)、聚合温度和反应时间对所合成聚羧酸系减水荆性能的影响.结果表明:采用最佳工艺参数制备的聚羧酸系减水剂在掺量仅为0.15%(质量分数)时就具有良好的分散性和保塑性. |
