摘要: |
以钢渣、矿渣、水泥熟料为主要原料,并掺入少量激发剂,成功制备了高强、高钢渣掺量的钢渣胶凝材料.探讨了激发剂、熟料掺量、钢渣掺量对钢渣胶凝材料性能的影响,并通过SEM,XRD分析了激发剂对钢渣胶凝材料浆体水化产物及水泥石微观结构的作用.结果表明:激发剂显著提高了钢渣的活性,从而大幅度提高了钢渣胶凝材料的早期性能;掺加激发剂后,钢渣胶凝材料3 d抗压强度可增加119.7%;激发荆对钢渣胶凝材料浆体水化产物种类的影响不大;与硅酸盐水泥浆体相比,钢渣胶凝材料浆体中C-S-H凝胶和Aft晶体含量明显增多,Ca(OH)2晶体含量显著降低. |

Influence of Activators on the Properties of Steel Slag Cementitious Materials |

Abstract: |
By adding small amount of composite activator in steel slag-blast furnace slag(BFS)-clinker system,high content of steel slag and high strength steel slag cementitious materials was successfully prepared.The effect of activators,the dosage of clinker and steel slag on the properties of steel slag cementitious materials was studied.Hydration products of the material and micro-structure of harden paste were investigated by SEM and XRD.The results show that the activity of steel slag is enhanced significantly and the early properties of the material is remarkably improved.The 3 d compressive strength is increased by 119.7% by the addition of activator.The species of hydration products of steel slag cementitious materials mortar are influenced slightly,but the content of C-S-H gel and AFt crystals is apparently higher than that in Portland cement mortar and the content of Ca(OH)_2 crystals is lower than that. |
