摘要: |
研究了预养护对二氧化碳养护砌块混凝土制品的影响,结果表明:在利用二氧化碳养护砌块混凝土时,影响二氧化碳养护过程的重要因素是预养护期间试件含湿量而不是预养护时间;当试件在预养护期间失去一定量的水时,二氧化碳养护的程度达到最大值.试件的抗压强度随二氧化碳养护程度的增加而增加.利用二氧化碳养护的砌块混凝土其抗压强度与蒸养砌块混凝土相差不大,因此,二氧化碳养护技术是一种非常有前景的可持续发展的新技术. |

Abstract: |
The effect of pre-conditioning on CO_2 curing of block concretes was studied.The results indicate that change in moisture content of the specimens during the pre-conditioning period,instead of the pre-conditioning time,has a significant effect on the CO_2 curing of block concrete.When the specimen loses certain available moisture,the degree of CO_2 curing achieve the highest value.The strength of specimens increases as the degree of CO_2 curing increases,and can be very close to that after conventional steam curing.CO_2 curing of concrete has many environmental and technical advantages and can be regarded as a new promising sustainable technology. |
