FRP筋力学性能试验研究及混杂效应分析

摘要:
介绍了FRP筋及锚具的设计与制作方法,FRP筋抗拉强度、弹性模量、延伸率等力学性能试验方法,对FRP筋拉伸试验结果进行了统计分析,给出了用于FRP筋混凝土结构设计的力学性能指标,提出了混杂纤维FRP筋设计思路.试验结果表明,FRP筋应力-应变关系呈线性变化,弹性模量、延伸率小于钢筋,强度-质量比、耐久性等方面明显优于钢筋,作为一种新的混凝土结构抗拉材料切实可行.

Hybrid Effect Analysis and Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of the FRP Bar

Abstract:
High performance fibers such as carbon fiber,aramid fiber and glass fiber,etc.possess a series of excellent characters including corrosion-resistant,light weight,high strength,no magnetism and fatigue-resistant.The composite high performance fiber bar,which was made of high performance fibers immersed thermosetting resin and formed by extrusion arts,is used in concrete structural engineering to substitute or partially substitute for steel bar.This paper introduces design and manufacture methods of FRP bar and anchorage device;the mechanical property test method on tensile strength,elastic modulus and rate of elongation of FRP bar.Finally the statistical experimental results are analyzed,and the mechanical property index for structural design of FRP bar and design method for hybrid fiber FRP bar are also put forward.Test results show that stress-strain relation of FRP bar presents linear variation;the elastic modulus and rate of elongation of FRP bar are less than that of steel bar.It is obviously superior over steel bar in the field of strength-quality ratio.It is practicably feasible to use FRP bar as a kind of new concrete structural tensile-resistant reinforcing material.
