摘要: |
通过对环氧树脂室温固化剂三乙烯四胺封端、加成、成盐并加入纳米SiO2,制得具有自乳化功能的水性环氧纳米复合固化剂.该固化剂与低相对分子质量的液体环氧树脂或者高相对分子质量的环氧树脂醚溶液混合,可制成水性环氧纳米复合涂料.分别研究了封端剂的种类、纳米SiO2掺量和胺氢/环氧比(胺基上氢原子摩尔数与环氧基团摩尔数之比)对固化剂乳化性能及涂膜性能的影响.研究表明:以苯基和苄基缩水甘油醚为封端剂,纳米SiO2掺量为2%(质量分数),胺氢/环氧比为0.8时,合成的固化剂性能最佳,获得的涂料乳液粒径小,涂膜硬度高,涂膜的附着力、透明性、耐水性及耐化学药品性能优良. |

Abstract: |
The nano composite waterborne epoxy coating was prepared by a self-emulsifiable waterborne epoxy curing agent and epoxy resin.The self-emulsifiable curing agent was synthesized by TETA(triethylene tetramine) and the ending agents with nano-SiO_2.The emulsification properties of the curing agent and the coating properties were changed with different ending agents and different contents of nano-SiO_2.The results suggested that curing agent and coating with expected properties can be prepared with phenyl glycidylether and the benzyl glycidylether as the ending agent and 2% nano-SiO_2. |
