有机化蒙脱土改善SBS改性沥青性能的研究

摘要:
对掺入适量有机化蒙脱土的SBS改性沥青的常规技术性能、贮存稳定性能、美国战略公路研究计划(SHRP)技术性能等进行了试验研究;对有机化蒙脱土在SBS改性沥青中的作用原理进行了分析.结果表明,在SBS含量为5%(质量分数)的改性沥青中掺入适量(0~10%,质量分数)的有机化蒙脱土,可获得贮存稳定的SBS改性沥青,其常规技术性能满足聚合物改性沥青SBS类I-D技术指标要求,且优于不掺有机化蒙脱土的SBS改性沥青;SHRP技术性能满足PG70-22的指标要求.

Research of Improvement of SBS-Modified Asphalt Pavement Performance by Organic Monotmorillonite

Abstract:
Effect of organic monotmorillon on performance,storage stability,SHRP technical performance of SBS-modified asphalt was investigated.Test results show that when content of SBS is 5%(by mass) in SBS-modified asphalt by adding a certain amount of organic monotmorillonite,the SBS-modified asphalt that is stable in storage can be obtained.Its conventional technical performance meets the requirement set forth in polymer modified asphalt SBS category I-D technical specification,and is better than that without organic monotmorillonite in the SBS-modified asphalt,SHRP technical performance accords with PG70-22 technical requirements.The mechanism of improvement by organic monotmorillonite in the SBS-modified asphalt is analyzed.
