用正交试验方法研究了不同硫铝酸钡钙(C2.75B1.25A3-S)矿物含量的阿利特(C3S)-硫铝酸钡钙水泥组成与性能.研究结果表明:阿利特和硫铝酸钡钙矿物可以在同一熟料体系中共存;硫铝酸钡钙矿物的最佳含量为8.0%(质量分数,下同);阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料最佳矿物组成为:8.0?.75B1.25A3-S,61.6?S,14.7?S,5.1?A,10.5?AF;在最佳矿物组成条件下制备的阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥的1,3,28 d抗压强度分别为39.8,77.5,85.0 MPa,展现了良好的早期力学性能.借助于XRD和SEM-EDS分析,研究了阿利特-硫铝酸钡钙水泥熟料的组成和结构. |

Abstract: |
The clincker composition and performance of alite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement with different content of C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3 were studied by orthogonal test.The results show that alite and calcium barium sulphoaluminate can coexist in a clincker system.The optimal content of C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3 is 8.0%.The optimal composition of the clinker mineral system is confirmed with 8.0%C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_3,61.6%C_3S,14.7%C_2S,5.1%C_3A,10.5%C_4AF.The compressive strength of alite-calcium barium sulphoaluminate cement at 1,3,28 d are individually 39.8,77.5,85.0 MPa,which shows excellent performance of early strength. |
