粉煤灰空心微珠用于水域油污的吸附治理

摘要:
以粉煤灰空心微珠为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法在其表面沉积钡铁氧体层,制得钡铁氧体空心微珠(BFEC).SEM,EDS研究表明:BFEC表面形成网络状钡铁氧体包覆层,具有磁性.将BFEC均匀地撒布于油-水混合液表面,它可以与油液形成均匀混合体并悬浮于水面上.在磁场作用下,该混合体向磁场方向运动.因此,BFEC可用于水域油污的治理.

Study on Clearing away Oil Floated on Water with Fly Ash Cenospheres

Abstract:
Barium ferrite encapsulated(cenospheres(BFEC)) were prepared with citrate sol-gel method.The microstructure of the product were tested by SEM and EDS.It was found that the BFEC was coated with network of barium ferrite, which exhibited the magnetic absorption pro-(perty.) BFEC can float on oil-water surface.If a magnetic field is applied,the BFEC-oil mixture would move in magnetic direction.Therefore,BFEC can be used in clearing away oil floated on water.
