石墨水泥砂浆注浆钢纤维混凝土导电性能研究

利用钢纤维和石墨为导电相,采用渗浇工艺成功配制出水泥基导电复合材料,即石墨水泥砂浆注浆钢纤维混凝土(graphite slurry infiltrated fiber concrete,简称GSIF-CON).试验研究了石墨和钢纤维掺量对GSIFCON电阻率的影响规律.试验结果表明,石墨及钢纤维掺量对GSIFCON电阻率的影响明显,并均存在渗滤阈值.当石墨和钢纤维掺量达渗滤阈值时,可使GSIFCON的电阻率降低约100倍.通过对SIFCON(slurry infil-trated fiber concrete)和GSIFCON两种复合材料的电阻率变化机理进行分析,提出了SIFCON和GSIFCON导电机理模型.

Study on Conductive Properties of Graphite Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Concrete

Abstract:
The electric conductive cement based composite using steel fibers and graphite as conductive phase,i.e.graphite slurry infiltrated fiber concrete(GSIFCON),was manufactured successfully by infiltration technology.The effects of different contents of graphite and steel fiber on the resistivity of GSIFCON were studied experimentally.The results of the tests indicate that the contents of graphite which affects the resistivity of GSIFCON have clear percolation values.The resistivity of GSIFCON drops about 100 times when the content of graphite reaches the percolation value.With the analyses of the mechanism of variations of electric resistivity of SIFCON and GSIFCON,the electrical conductive mechanism models of SIFCON and GSIFCON are proposed.
