用DTA,XRD,SEM,MIP方法研究了铁对硫铝酸钡钙矿物的水化产物的影响.结果表明,加铁后水泥的主要水化产物为BaSO4,含铁C3AH6,CAH10,C2AH8,铁胶和铝胶.C2.75B1.25A2.75Fe0.25-S试样水化时,少量的Fe3 可阻止介稳态的CAH10和C2AH8的转换;C2.75B1.25A2Fe-S试样水化时,大量的Fe3 可促进介稳态的CAH10和C2AH8转变为C3AH6,导致水泥后期强度下降. |

Abstract: |
By experiment methods of DTA,XRD,SEM and MIP,the influence of the ferrite on the hydration products of barium-bearing calcium sulfo-aluminate was studied.The results show that the main hydration products are BaSO_4,Fe-bearing C_3AH_6,CAH_(10) or C_2AH_8,Fe(OH)_3 gel and(Ca(OH)_2) gel.When C_(2.75)B_(1.25)A_(2.75)Fe_(0.25) hydrates,transition of the unstable Fe-bearing CAH_(10) and Fe-bearing C_2AH_8 are held back by a little Fe~(3 ) ions,but the transition are promoted by a great lot Fe~(3 ) ions and leads to the reduction of late strength. |
