摘要: |
基于所获得的界面面积分数,提出了混凝土弹性模量预测的三相复合圆模型.在细观水平上将混凝土看成是一种由骨料、界面和水泥浆基体所组成的三相复合材料,通过求解轴对称平面应变问题,获得了三相复合圆模型位移和应力的解析解.利用位移和径向应力的连续性条件,导出了混凝土平面应变体积模量的闭合解.通过与实验结果比较,证实了三相复合圆模型的有效性.定量讨论了最大骨料粒径、界面弹性模量和界面厚度对混凝土弹性模量的影响,结果发现,对于给定的骨料面积分数,混凝土弹性模量随着最大骨料粒径和界面弹性模量的增大而增大,但随着界面厚度的增大而减小. |

Abstract: |
Based on obtained area fraction of interfacial transition zone(ITZ),a three-phase composite circle model is presented in this paper for anticipating the elastic modulus of concrete.At a mesoscopic level,concrete is considered to be a three-phase composite material,consisting of aggregate,ITZ and cement matrix.Solving the axi-symmetrical plane strain problem,an analytical solution of displacement and stress was obtained for a three-phase composite circle model.Using the continuity conditions of displacement and radial stress,a closed-form solution of the plain strain bulk modulus of concrete was derived.By comparing with experimental results,the validity of this method proposed in this paper has been verified.The influence of the largest aggregate diameter,ITZ elastic modulus and ITZ thickness on the elastic modulus of concrete is discussed in a quantitative manner.It is found that,at a given aggregate area fraction,the elastic modulus of concrete increases with the increase of the largest aggregate diameter and ITZ elastic modulus,but decreases with the increase of the ITZ thickness. |
