分析了螺旋扭状钢筋表面几何特征,论述了螺旋扭状钢筋在轴向拉伸过程中的力学行为及破坏机理,讨论了不同夹持方式对测试结果有效性及准确性的影响.针对螺旋扭状钢筋易在夹具附近发生脆性断裂的特点,提出了合理的测试方式并进行了实验验证. |

Abstract: |
The geometric feature of spiral twisted bar was analyzed,its mechanical behavior and break mechanism during the tension test are expounded.The mechanism how the different methods of clamp influence test reult and why the spiral twisted bars were broken easily near or at the point of clamp during the test are discussed.Also,the correct methods of clamping of spiral twisted bars affecting efficiency are reviewed and accurate methods of the tension test are proposed from the experiment. |
