介绍了光纤光栅应变传感器的基本原理及优点,开发了基于光纤光栅技术的温度传感器与应变传感器,并对它们的工作特性进行了分析;应用裸光纤光栅和自制封装的光纤光栅传感器,监测了混凝土梁固化过程(2~16 h)中混凝土内部的温度变化,以及混凝土内部和钢筋表面的收缩应变.实验结果表明:在使用光纤光栅对混凝土固化期收缩应变监测时必须考虑温度的影响,要进行温度补偿,该监测方法是混凝土养护期恶劣环境条件下收缩应变监测的理想方法,可用于任意尺寸的大体积混凝土固化期温度应变的监测. |

Experiment Study on Monitor of Concrete Shrink in the Cure Period with FBG Sensor |

Abstract: |
Concrete is the material widely used in civil engineering.The cracks of concrete are mainly caused by the ununiform shrink in the cure period.The basic principle and merit of FBG are introduced.In order to monitor the shrink strain and temperature of concrete during cure period,this paper presents a novel strain sensor and temperature sensor on FBG technology.The theoretical and experimental analyses of FBG sensor were implemented.The thermal drift experiment of sensor has also been carried out.Shrink strain and temperature of concrete were successfully tested.The experiment results indicate that this monitor method is a perfect method for monitoring the concrete at very early age.However,the thermal drift of FBG strain sensor should be considered.This method could be used in monitoring the shrink strain and temperature of any volume concrete. |
