聚合物混凝土用于铜电解槽的研究

摘要:
采用197#不饱和聚酯树脂制得粘结剂,通过对比试验及正交设计试验确定了原材料的最佳配合比,进而研制出耐酸性能好、成本低、生产工艺简便的聚合物混凝土.该聚合物混凝土主要用于制造铜冶炼厂的电解槽,可以解决目前以普通混凝土为槽体、以玻璃钢为内衬制作的电解槽所存在的渗漏、耐腐蚀性差等问题,具有较高的经济效益及广阔的应用前景.

Abstract:
Polymer concrete made with unsaturated polyester resin,which has good acid resistant performance,low cost and simple technological process,was studied through comparing experiments and orthogonal design experiments.This concrete was used for the electrolytic trough of smelting copper.The existing problem of seepage,bad corrosion and short life of the electrolytic trough made with ordinary concrete as the trough body and glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) as the lining can be solved by this polymer concrete material.It is expected that this subject has very extensive application prospect and technological economic benefits.
