提出了膨胀型防火涂料炭化层结构与其防火性能的四参数评价体系:(1)炭化层厚度;(2)炭化层整体强度;(3)炭化层表面状况等级;(4)炭化层内部泡孔结构定量表征.提出了各参数的测定方法,讨论了这4个参数与涂料防火性能间的关系. |

Study on the Evaluation System of the Charring Layer Structure of the Intumescent Fire-retardant Coating |

Abstract: |
The structure and properties of the charring layer of the intumescent fire-retardant coating for structure steel was studied and four parameters model, including(1) thickness of the charring layer,(2) strength of the charring layer,(3) surface status of the charring layer,(4) quantitative analysis of the charring layer's inner bubble structure, for the evaluation of the charring layer of the intumescent fire-retardant coating was established.Meanwhile, feasible measurements for these parameters are presented and the relations between the fireproof performance and the change of these parameters are also discussed through experimental data analysis. |
