热养护条件下活性矿物质粉末的强度效应

研究了热养护条件下粉煤灰(FA)、矿渣(PS)以及硅粉(SF)这3种活性矿物质粉末在低水胶比水泥基复合材料中的强度效应,并对影响活性矿物质粉末强度效应的主要因素进行了分析.结果表明:在热养护条件下,FA,PS和SF的单位增强因子随各自掺量的增加以不同的规律而变化;FA在热养护条件下的强度效应与其标准养护条件下的结果存在显著差异;低水胶比更有利于发挥活性矿物质粉末的强度效应;其强度效应可分为密实增强效应和减水增强效应两部分,且前者大于后者.

Abstract:
The strength-effect of reactive mineral powder such as fly ash(FA),slag(PS) and silica fume(SF) used in heat cured cementitious materials were studied.The main factors affecting the strength-effect of reactive mineral powder were investigated.The results indicate that the unit strengthening coefficient varies with the increasing content of reactive mineral powder by various tendency.The strength-effect of FA under heat curing condition greatly differs from that of samples under standard curing condition.Low water binder ratio condition is advantageous in improving the strength-effect of reactive mineral powder.Furthermore,its strength-effect can be divided into two parts: densifying effect and water-reducing effect,and the former is more evident than the latter.
