以含磷羟基有机物为主要成分制备了一种非胺类沥青抗剥落剂,并用水煮法、热老化试验和热重分析研究了其有关性能.结果表明,以采用w(LOP)=15%,w(SP)=5%配方配制的抗剥落剂掺入沥青后,可大大提高沥青与酸性石料的粘附性,使沥青与酸性石料的粘附性等级由1~3级提高至5级,并在热老化后仍能保持良好的效果;以单十二烷基磷酸酯和硅胶H为代表,通过红外光谱和溶剂淋洗实验初步探讨了抗剥落剂的作用机理.结果表明,单十二烷基磷酸酯在硅胶H表面上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,且这种吸附为化学吸附. |

Preparation and Performance of a Novel Asphalt Antistripping Agent Containing No Amines |

Abstract: |
An asphalt antistripping agent without amines was prepared with phosphoric hydroxyl organic compounds as the main component and its performance was evaluated by water boiling method,heat-ageing and thermalgravimetry.The results show that the optimal formula of the antistripping agent is:w(LOP)=15%,w(SP)= 5%,which could improve the adhesion between asphalt and acidic stones greatly.It can increase the adhesion grade from 1~3 to 5 and keep good effect even after heat-ageing.Meanwhile,the functionary mechanism was preliminarily discussed by using FTIR spectroscopy and leaching experiment with monododecyl phosphate and silica H as the representation.It is shown that the adsorption of monododecyl phosphate on the surface of silica H is chemical adsorption and according with Langmuir adsorption isotherm formula. |
