硫磺橡胶混凝土的研究

摘要:
研究了硫磺橡胶混凝土(SRC)的配合比设计方法、制造工艺、抗压强度、耐腐蚀性能、韧性、微观结构等.结果表明:SRC具有很好的耐腐蚀性能;SRC的抗压强度随橡胶掺量的增加而降低,但韧性明显增强;添加微填料能够增加SRC的抗压强度;SRC存在硫磺掺量阈值,在该值时SRC的抗压强度和工作性能最优.硫磺与橡胶之间的反应主要归因于橡胶的硫化作用.

Study on Sulfur Rubber Concrete

Abstract:
Mix designs and specimen preparation with different manufacturing process of sulfur rubber concrete(SRC) were investigated. Compressive strength with or without corrosion, toughness and microstructure were studied and discussed. The results show that SRC have good corrosion-resistance. Although compressive strength of SRC decreases with increasing rubber content, the toughness enhances. Adding micro-filler improves compressive strength of SRC. There is a threshold value for the sulfur content, at which the compressive strength and the workability of SRC reaches an optimum balance. The bond between rubber particles and surrounding sulfur is strong due to the vulcanization process that generates cross-links through S-C bonds.
