铁基多元纳米晶合金的AFM研究

用原子力显微镜(AFM)分析了铁基多元纳米晶合金Fe85.2Zr3.3Nb3.5B3Si3Al1Cu1淬火及550℃下退火10,60,600min的4种状态,估算了非晶态薄带表面的自由面粗糙度,得出了垂直于制备方向面的粗糙度Rv=0.354nm,平行于制备方向面的粗糙度RH=0.648nm.在550℃下退火后,从非晶基体上逐渐析出了椭圆形颗粒状的晶粒,且数量和体积随着时间的增加而增大.用随机取样法对合金样品表面晶粒进行统计后发现,在550℃下退火不同时间的表面平均晶粒大小估算公式符合贝克公式,并得到了铁基多元纳米晶合金Fe85.2Zr3.3Nb3.5B3Si3Al1Cu1速率常数C=32.06,动力学时间指数n=0.14.

Research on Iron-based Multi-component Nanocrystalline Alloy by AFM

Abstract:
A newly developed iron-based multi-component nanocrystalline (Fe_(85.2)Zr_(3.3)Nb_(3.5)B_3Si_3-)Al_1Cu_1 alloy was observed by atomic force microscopy(AFM) at the stages of quenched-state, (annealed-state) for 10,60,600 min to investigate the surface roughness and crystallization. During the observation and analysis, the roughness of amorphous precursor's surface was calculated. The vertical roughness R_V (0.354 nm) and the horizontal one R_H (0.648 nm) were obtained. Meanwhile, the predicting formula of average grain size was given which was according with the (Beck's) formula. In addition, the velocity constant C(32.06) and dynamic exponent (n(0.14)) were drawn out that was much smaller than other nanocrystalline materials symbolizing the slower surface grain growth.
