摘要: |
对Fe16Mn5Si形状记忆合金在不同荷载下的形状记忆恢复率进行了测量和分析,发现其主要与应力诱发的马氏体相变相关;对圆环状合金试样的表面硬度进行了测量,认为是晶体的缺陷导致了表面不同区域硬度的不同;用质量分数为36%的HCl溶液测试了合金的耐腐蚀性能. |

Abstract: |
The shape recovery of Fe16Mn5Si shape memory alloy under different loads was concerned. It is found that the shape recovery is related to the stress induced matensite transformation. The surface hardness of the rounded specimen was measured. It is concluded that the defects of crystal induce the different hardness at different areas. 36% concentration HCl was used to test the corrosion resistance of this alloy. |
