选用4种梳形聚羧酸系减水剂、4种水泥、3种可溶性硫酸盐、2种矿物超细粉等原材料,通过测试掺减水剂水泥浆体的Zeta电位、净浆流动度损失以及混凝土性能等,说明聚羧酸系减水剂结构与性能、水泥组成与性能、电解质多价阳离子及矿物超细粉掺量等对聚羧酸系减水剂与水泥之间的相容性有重要影响. |

Abstract: |
Four comb-like polycarboxylic acid type water-reducers, four types of cements, three soluble sulphates and two kinds of ultrafine mineral powders were used to examine the compatibility of cements with water-reducers. The dispersion behavior of cement pastes was analyzed by Zeta potential measurement or mini-slump test. Properties of concretes with water-reducers and ultrafine mineral powders were tested by measuring the slump or slump-loss of fresh concrete as time and the compre-(ssive) strength of hardened concrete at certain ages. It is shown that the structure and performance of water-reducers, composition and properties of cements, multiple-charged cations of electrolyte, and the contents of ultrafine mineral powders are the primary factors influencing the compatibility of polycarboxylic acid type water-reducer with cement. |
