摘要: |
将含有聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯等修复剂材料的空心玻璃纤维埋入水泥砂浆基体中,在水泥砂浆内部形成智能型仿生自愈合系统,砂浆开裂后空心玻璃纤维断裂,致使修复剂流入基体,愈合基体微裂缝且修复损伤界面,使用INSTRON实验机和声发射仪分别测试了砂浆愈合后的强度和质量,结果表明:砂浆的愈合效果明显,且断裂韧性得到了一定的改善。 |

Abstract: |
Acrylate resin and polyurethane were used as crack repairing agents which were filled in hollow glass fibers emibedded in cement mortar materiats. The subsequent release of repairing agent resulted in the sealing of matrix microcracks and the rebonding of damaged interfaces. The strength and healing quality of material were tested by INSTRON equipment and acoustic emission. The test results show that the microcracks are healed by repairing agent and the toughness is improved. |
